We price by weight (kg). Your estimate at booking is just that — an estimate. The final price is based on the actual weighed weight once we collect your laundry. You'll be notified of the final price before payment.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

No need! Just bag everything up together. Our team will sort and handle your items appropriately. If you have delicate or special-care items, mention them in the special instructions.
